Shipping
If an item shows in stock, it should ship out within 1 or 2 days from the time you put in your order. At that point we are at the mercy of the carrier. We generally use shipping options with tracking so we can all follow the package’s progress. Be aware that sometimes the tracking information is slow to update or wrong. If you see an anomaly with your tracking information, please let us know right away and we will follow up.
Normally, if an item appears on out site it is physically in stock and will ship within 1-2 days.
If an item has the “FAST DROP SHIP” tag, it is not in our warehouse but we believe our supplier will ship it to you within 1-3 days. With actual travel and arrival times we are at the mercy of the carrier.
All items listed on this site will ship from a USA warehouse, you won’t have to wait for an international delivery.
Warranties and Repairs
First, here is the legal version:
WARRANTIES: Company hereby disclaims all warranties. Company is making the site, the services and the merchandise offered for sale through the site (“merchandise”) available “as is” without warranty of any kind. You assume the risk of any and all damage or loss from use of, or inability to use, the site, the services or the merchandise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, company expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site, the service and/or the merchandise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, title or non-infringement. Company does not warrant that the site, the service or the merchandise will meet your requirements or that the operation of the site, the service or the merchandise will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Now for the practical version:
We are a vendor of merchandise, not a warranty or repair center. That does not mean we do not want to help you where we can.
If you receive a “new defective” please find our return page and use the contact form or email us directly to work with us.
Many of the brands we carry are under-represented in the U.S. market and do not provide any warranty or repair service. It is brand-specific. Contact us and we will advise you.
Many of the brands with a larger U.S. presence do have a warranty or repair policy and they all differ. We are glad to point you in the right direction to help you get the claim processed.

We source our Ko-ken tools from Koken-USA authorized distributors. If you need help with a Ko-ken tool warranty that you purchased from us, we are happy to assist in this.
If you purchased it elsewhere, please work with the vendor you have the receipt from.
The process generally involves some postage at your expense to ship the tool back and the potential that Ko-ken USA will decline the replacement if they believe the tool was misused.
