By attaching it between the ratchet handle and the socket, you can turn it quickly with your fingertips. Co-rotation of the bolt and nut can be eliminated by pressing the quick adapter when the ratchet handle is idle.
The QA-03S has a smaller diameter for use with small profile ratchets.
